How can I help you.

Let’s meet to discuss your project.
I’d love to see your space and hear about what you have planned.
You get to meet me and decide if I’m the right fit for you.

Full service design.

If you are starting from scratch, renovating, building or seeking a new look. The full service approach is going to be the best for you. It can include any of the following:

The process, depending on your project, may include all or some of these steps:

Initial Consult & Site Measure
An initial meeting at your property to discuss the scope and details of your project including budget and timeline.. I will do a quick measure or work from plans. After that session, I will provide you with an estimate of my design fee.

Stage 1 - Concept Development
We work together on look and feel. Aspects can include space planning, preparation of preliminary finishes concepts, suggestions for products/fixtures/fittings using mood boards and relevant samples.

Stage 2 - Hard Surface Selections & Sourcing
Once the overall concept has been agreed, I will start to finalise the interior selections relating back to the brief and scope of works. This is where you will start making decisions about specific finishes and products. This may involve visits to showrooms. Lighting and electrical plans can also be included in this stage.

Stage 3 - Scale Floorplans & Elevations
Preparing floorplans (sometimes with multiple options) to help you understand how everything will fit in. Wall elevations for key walls to help you visual the space, see how the finishes come together and provide additional visual support to your building contractor.

Stage 4 - Furnishing and Styling
This phase is when I would develop a concept for furniture, window treatments and styling. This phase is often touched on in Stage 1 & 2 but is finalised and agreed so sourcing and purchasing can take place.

Scale floorplans and elevations.

Quoted as required at hourly rate ($160/hour)
Not everyone can visualise what a room will look like. If you need the extra support of a scale floor plan or wall elevation to help you make a decision. I can support any design decision with a scale floor plan or elevation.

Floor plans are excellent if you are down-sizing or moving into a new property. They will show you exactly how much space you have and how your new or existing furniture can be accomodated.

Also used in the custom design of built-in cabinetry such as bookcases, sideboards, consoles and entertainment units.
