The family bathroom in this gorgeous Edwardian home hadn’t been touched in 14 years. The clients major frustration was lack of storage space and functionality. She wanted the space to better accomodate her two teenage boys storage requirements plus it also had to be ‘pretty’. This space doubled as the guest powder-room. Vast ceiling heights of 3.6m needed to be de-emphasised while the overall footprint needed to feel larger. Space planning and re-scaling fixtures based on their importance was the first step in getting the design right.
