This gorgeous freestanding Victorian weatherboard was about to undergo a major rear extension. With demolition due to start there were alot of design decisions to be made to keep ahead of the construction process. Bought in to work from drawings this project was a true collaboration between myself and the owner. A lot of time spent with the owners initially so the design ethos could be settled on quickly meant a fast turnaround of hard surface selections was possible. The result is a sophisticated pallete of marble, white and dark espresso floorboards which delivered a contemporary, urban feel for this down-sizing couple.
