This Elsternwick family home has a double identity - sharing a combination of Victorian and Art Deco features. Bought in at plan approval stage to select all hard surface finishes my starting point was to pay homeage to the period details of the home but deliver a contemporary, stylish and modern finish for the rear extension that exuded a warm, casual and comfortable design ethos.
