Built in 1992 by well known design builder Fasham Johnson. Bayside based, this home felt a little like it had modernist roots. Perfect north facing orientation delivered all day sunshine. A super simple floor plan and gorgeous vaulted roof line, this home needed updating. It’s mid-century feel provided the design platform for the make-over. Starting with a complete garden re-design including new pool tiles and gorgeous granite for the surrounding pavers, new fencing, turf, rocks and plants plus supersizing the paving area around the pool. The biggest transformation came from changing the exterior paint colour from dark grey to crisp white. Now this home really feels like you have been transported to Palm Springs.
